Avocado- Avocado is known as super food to lose weight. The reason behind this is that it is low in saturated fats and high in Vitamins and have a bit of fiber. The unsaturated fats are good diet that are helpful to burn fat.

Fiber Rich Vegetables- Most of the vegetables and the fruits are loaded with good amount of fiber and also have very less calories. Fiber have the ability to burn more calories and also it helps you to keep full for a longer period of time.

Beans and Lentils- In western part of the world, lentils are not so pouplar and that is the resaon some surveys said that there are so many cases of obesity found every year. These are high in “Second Grade Proteins” so you have to mix them up with some sort of LOW GI carbs as it will help to get complete protein. They are also helpful to reduce body fat.

Chicken- Chicken is good in protein specially in animal protein and also helps you to keep full for a longer period of time. It also has thermal effects which is helpful to raise the metabolism and after doing a workout, it helps to rebuild muscles.

Never Eat To Reach the Limit- Small meals are good to speed up the metabolism but on the other hand if you are taking larger meals than the meals speed it to extent and the whole system gets exhausted and slows down very rapdly. To understand the whole you need to read the example, think that you have a old car and which gives you 30-40 speed per hour from a place to another but if you drive the same car to 100 miles in an hour then you will end with a problem regarding car. So, you are suggested not to over eat but just 2/3 of your whole stomach’s capacity.

Colorful Eating is better- You are suggested to eat colorful diet as inspite of using high calorie food you can have tomatoes, cucumber in the dish as it will give color as well as nutrition to the diet. Another thing which is surprising but true, that you have to eat in colored plates as the color of the plates matter that how much you eat. As it is believed that blue colored utensils are best as it makes you feel that your appetite is full and on the other hand, yellow and orange utensils make you crav for more food.

Stay Hydrated- You have to drink sufficient amount of water to keep you hydrated. Also, it helps to flush out extra toxins from body along with making you full. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday.
