Healthy eating it seems you have to just stick to raw vegetables and tasteless foods but this is not what exactly you are thinking. It is just about the nutition you have to take. Actually, it relates to you that how you feels great, more energetic and becomes healthy. You can get the goal of healthy eating by knowing the basic rules. Also, the application of the rules is also important. It will tell you how you be healthy by eating healthy.
Calorie Count - The calorie count for everyone is different and also varies. It depends over the thing how physically active you are and how is your metabolism. Also Body Mass Index(BMI) is important for that. If your body is big then you must have more calories and the body is not big then you can just take small counts of calories. Saturated fats and transfats are bad fats which should be cut down from the diet.
Fatty Foods - To make the body’s function properly, you have to eat fats but the main thing is here you have to choose the right one. Animal fats and some of the vegetable oils have high fats and can also increase the LDL cholesterol of the body which is a bad cholestrol. If you provide the right tools to the body then you can be able to flush out the extra cholesterol from the body. Monounsaturated fats came under these kinds of tools and the consumbtion of this is important for the body. These good cholesterol helps the body to lower down the cholesterol level. Some of the foods that are high in monounsaturated fatty acids are nuts, fish oils, olive oil and various seeds oil.
Carbohydrates - Foods rich in carbohydrates are important for weight loss as are the souce of energy for the body but the trick is to choose right carbs. Our body’s digestive system is able to quickly absorb the simple carbs like processed flour and sugar. These can cause a kimd of carb overload means the body releases the high amount of insulin to combat this overload. This overload of insulin is very bad for your heart and also lead to gain in weight. Insulin is the hormone which leads to the store of fat in the body.
Start the day with Large Meal - The very first mesal of the day which is breakfast should be heavy and full of nutrition as the metabolism in the evening metabolism slows down and becomes ineffective to digest foods. It is the clear indication of storage of food in face of fats as body is unable to store the nutrition from the body. American people used to take dinner as a large meal the result is this, most of the cases of obesity found in America. Our body needs more energy in the day time. A large meal which is taken as dinner can make you feel tired. So, you have to take medium sized breakfast, heavy lunch and ligher food as a dinner. It will help the body to be fueled during all day.
