Don’t Starve- Many of the people think that stravation is best and quickest way to lose weight which is a myth and right thing is that when ever you go on starvation, your body start using carbohydrates not fat which can easily get by the body when it goes to normal eating. So, you need to do one thing instead of eliminating foods from the diet chart, you have to replace them with healthy options. As if you are taking hamburger as a snack then replace it with any fibrouus seasonal fruit.
Drink to Lose Weight- You have to drink sufficient water to keep you hydrtaed as well as full. Also, it helps to flush out extra toxins from body. Another thing, which you have to do is to cut out the soda from diet as by this you can even save 360 calories in a single day. Fruit juices, diet soda and whole milk are also those drinks that can add extra calories to the body. So, drink skim or soy milk in place of these drinks as it helps to make a big difference.
Eat Healthy along with Physical activity- You have to increase your activity level as activity is helpful to burn calories along with keeping you fit. For the purpose, you can even walk to your school, instaed of using lifts, use stairs to walk up and down. Before taking shower, take one more round of walking. An American collage said that you have to do 35-40 minutes of moderate practice of aerobics and also it should be done for 3-5 times in a week. Even before going to bed, you need to do walking. It is slightly difficult but if you can do, just do a thing, try to eat while walking as it may result in less eating and burning of more calories. 30 minutes of walk daily is the perfect for losing extra counts of calories over the body.
You need to make some gradual changes in the diet if possible. There are lots of diets present which can provide you help for the purpose. Also, you can make search over web for the same. You will be surprised to know that these small chances can result in drastic ones. You can start this but doing one thing that leave some of the portion from your plate. Also, you have not to eat your stomach full. Eat 2/3 of your whole hunger. Also, you can replace soda with water.
Overeating is Bad- If you are full, stop eating at once. There is no need to eat if you are not hungry but you have urge to eat. You have to understand and distinguish between the both hunger and urge to eat as you can stop the urge by just drinking a glass of water. Only eat when you are hungry.
