Also, drink water before and during the meal but you are not allowed to drink water after the meal. Take a glass of water before eating as it will keep you full and you will end with eating less food also drink a glass of water along with meal by slowly sipping it.

Don’t fill yourself- You are not allowed to eat to make the stomach full as you have to eat about 2/3 of the total capacity of stomach.

Eating Fats- You can get healthy fats from nuts and non processed oils. They are helpful to provide you energy and also help you to get enough calories in a small meal.

Junk Eating once a Week- You are following the rule whole week but you are allowed to eat junk food one time in a week. One this day, you can eat whatever you want.
