Negative Calorie Foods

Every food contains some calories and negative calorie foods are those which use more calories to digest foods as much the food contains. These type of foods keeps hard to digest foods. It becomes very difficult for body to extract calories from these foods. Even the food contains same amount of calories, which are lesser calories can change into fat because a few of calories available in the body.
