Day two- On second day, you can eat all vegetables. It is completely depends over your choice that you can eat raw or cooked vegetables. Also, there is not any of the specific amount that you have to consume as there is no limit. For complex carbohydrate, you can have a large baked potato in the breakfast.
Day Three- This is a day of mixture of fruits and vegetables and the whole choice depends over you. Quantity doesn’t matter. This day there are two things that you have to avoid and that are potatoes and bananas.
Day Four- Have banana with milk. In the whole day, you can have 8 bananas with 3 glasses of milk. Have special soup with this in a limited quantity.
Day Five- It is also called “Feast Day”. You can have tomatoes and beef on this day. The amount of beef is two beefs of 10 oz. Also, you can have hamburger. Also ,take 6 whole tomatoes with this. On this day, increase the water intake. The increase water will help you to flush out the uric acid that you produce the same day.
Day Six- Have beef and vegetables. There is no limitation about the amount of beef and vegetables.
Day Seven- Now, on this day, all your food roam around, fruit juices, brown rice and also vegetables.
Now, this is the program. You will definitely find that you have lose about 10-17 lbs of weight after a week. You can repeat the program untill you get the goal. You can also have 2 glasses of white wine along with the program but you can have this for this day not daily.
