Eat in Small Gaps- Many of the people have the habit of eating fast and it is very difficult for you to change the habit as eating slowly is recommended by many physicians. There is a reason behind this and that is by eating slowly you can chew the food well and also taking this much longer time to eat can tells you that you have full stomach. So, those who have fast eating habit can do one thing that they can take small pauses in the eating as after eating something, you can start discussing something with your family members and also eat the next after a minute as it will provise you time to chew food well.
